Supporting people from all areas of East Lancashire.

Team Rise are based in Burnley but support people from all areas of East Lancashire. We offer a safe and accessible environment to people with learning disabilities and those with autism.

Our objective is to give individuals the opportunity to develop, socialise and explore their ideas and goals through a wide variety of educational, social and practical activities.

We also provide tailored and empathetic support, empowering individuals to contribute to their communities in a meaningful and positive way, reducing social isolation and loneliness.

We provide a safe, loving and warm environment where people come to learn, develop new skills and most importantly make new friends and form long lasting and important relationships.

We are actively involved in our local community and contribute regularly in a meaningful and positive way, helping to develop a strong community presence and a positive image of people with learning disabilities and autism.

The support we provide is tailored and emphatic and is delivered by highly experienced staff and a team of dedicated volunteers.
